Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene following reports of a collision at approximately 3:00 PM on Thursday. Witnesses reported chaotic scenes as several cars were tangled together, leading to significant damage and injuries.
According to police reports, the accident involved a sedan, an SUV, and a pickup truck. Preliminary investigations suggest that the sedan was traveling at a high rate of speed when it collided with the SUV, which was stopped at a red light. The impact caused the SUV to spin and crash into the pickup truck that was parked nearby, further worsening the situation.
Paramedics arrived quickly at the scene and provided medical assistance to the injured parties. Several individuals were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of their injuries. While some of the injuries were reported as minor, at least two individuals sustained serious injuries and are currently under medical supervision.
