$300,000 Pedestrian Accident Settlement

$300,000 full policy tendered for 46-year-old pedestrian struck by a left turning vehicle, resulting in injuries requiring shoulder surgery, and neck and back injuries requiring a lumbar percutaneous discectomy. The insurer failed to respond to numerous attempts to settle until after we obtained summary judgment on liability which was granted less than 7 months after the accident date.
