$200,000 Settlement – Pedestrian Struck While Crossing

We recovered $200,000 for an 82-year-old woman who was hit by a turning vehicle while walking across the street. The crash left her with a partial scapholunate ligament tear and a complete TFCC tear, both of which caused significant wrist pain and limited mobility. After several months of non-surgical treatment, she required arthroscopic surgery involving a total synovectomy and major debridement.
